Our Guarantee and Return Policy
Please do not attempt to return products to your local physician office or clinic. All returns must be processed by calling or emailing the Orthoshops.com customer service department.
We guarantee the products to be of the highest quality and construction. We strive for
you satisfaction and referral of Orthoshops to others. If for some reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase at the time of delivery (no more than three days), please
contact us by email at customerservice@Orthoshops.com or call a customer service representative toll-
free 877-887-4449 (Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm Pacific Time).
Orthoshops understands there are times that customers order products that end up not
adequately meeting their needs. Please contact us in this situation so we
can help to find a satisfactory fix to the situation.
As our products vary in function and purpose so does our warranty policy. We
are committed to working with our customers and fully support any manufacturers
warranty. Warranty information, where applicable, can be found enclosed within the
Shop with confidence as Orthoshops offers a 10 day no questions asked return policy on
most items when unopened and un-used. Some exceptions apply.
Some products require sanitary or hygiene considerations, they may be non-returnable.
Products returned may require a 15% restocking fee. Wound Care and Medical Supplies
can only be returned if the product has not been opened in any way. Customer is
responsible for all returned or exchanged shipping, unless noted to the contrary.
We recommend you insure and require confirmation mailing receipt for any returns.
Orthoshops cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
All standard saleable Products may be returned for credit. Credit is issued based
upon the reason for the return. Product must be returned in original packaging to
receive credit. Orthoshops, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return.
All returns must be authorized by appropriate Customer Service Rep or Purchasing Agent.
All Product returns must be sent freight prepaid unless prior approval from
Orthoshops, LLC is granted.
Orthoshops, LLC customers should not return Product per the conditions below.
Credit will not be given and the Product will not be returned to the Customer:
1. Discontinued Products, divested Products, and Products not listed in current price lists,
2. Used Products or unreported damaged Products.
3. Products that are not in original packaging
4. Products that were not purchased directly from Orthoshops, LLC.
5. Products for which no authorization to return has been given.
To ensure appropriate credit is issued in the event goods are damaged in transit or a
hortage occurs, Customers should accept all Products delivered by the carrier, note visible
damages or shortages on the carrier delivery documents, and contact Orthoshops, LLCs Customer
Service Department. Orthoshops, LLC will issue a credit or make arrangements for a replacement
shipment in the event of a shortage, or a Returned Goods Authorization will be issued for the
damaged Products(s) only. Orthoshops, LLC will issue a UPS return call tag and UPS will pick up
the damaged Product(s) within a reasonable timeframe. Credit for damages will be issued upon
physical receipt of the damaged Product(s) in Orthoshops, LLCs warehouse and approval for the credit is granted.
Returned Goods Authorization Numbers not processed or utilized within 10 days are cancelled or null and void.
Customers must contact Orthoshops, LLC for a new Returned Goods Authorization Number after 10 days have lapsed.
Exceptions to Returned Goods Policies
Any Customer reports of defective Product received from Orthoshops should be telephoned to
Orthoshops, LLCs Customer Service Department within 24 hours, providing all information below.
Name and address of Customer,
Customer contact and phone number,
Nature of problem and quantity involved.
To return an item please call 1-877-887-4449 for required Return Authorization
(RMA) Number. Only returns with an authorized RMA number will be accepted. All
products must be shipped within 2 days from receiving your RMA notification. With
your RMA number the appropriate return address will be provided. For defective or
shipped in error items, Orthoshops will reimburse the delivery costs to ship.
There is no cost to cancel an order if the product has not been shipped. There may be a
shipping or restocking fee if product has been shipped.
Once your package arrives please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way.
Notification of returns for damaged products must be made with 24 hours of receiving
your items. In this case a full credit will be issued for both the purchase and shipping
Refunds are credited once returned item is processed at the warehouse and we confirm
contents and all original packaging materials. Refunds by credit card will be issued to the
same card and checks or money orders will be issued in one week.
